How long does it take for you to process my order to ship?
Your order will be processed 1-3 business days after it is placed. You will receive an email notification when your package ships and we will include tracking information.

Yes, we do accept returns that meet our policies. Items must be new and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package to inform us of an exchange and we will assist you in the process. It is rare that items arrive damaged, but it can happen. If you feel your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package by emailing contact@theulu.com or calling us at 1-866-646-5531 during our business ours of 10am to 6pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. Our specialists will assess your situation, issue you a written authorization number, and guide you through the process.
I purchased one of your products from a store or other website and I have issue, what do I do?
We cannot process exchanges or returns for items purchased from a third party vendor. If you run into issues with a product purchased at a store or through a different party’s website, please contact that vendor for their return policy.
